How to install a Kohler Whitehaven with Pete’s Sink Mount

- “Feet” of Whitehaven sink will sit inside channel of Support Bars
- Use the dimension 9-5/8” for “H” in step 1 of the installation instructions but instead of adding 3/16”, SUBTRACT 1/4”
- Cut foam strips pieces into approximately 2” strips and place
perpendicular in channel of Support Bars where sink “feet” will rest

- “Feet” of Whitehaven sink will sit inside channel of Support Bars
- Use the dimension 9-5/8” for “H” in step 1 of the installation instructions but instead of adding 3/16”, SUBTRACT 1/4”
- Cut foam strips pieces into approximately 2” strips and place
perpendicular in channel of Support Bars where sink “feet” will rest
- Confirm measurement “H” for your specific Sink
- SUBTRACT 1/4” from this value and mark line on left and right cabinet walls. Example: “H” = 9-5/8”. Mark line at 9-3/8”.
- Fully extend bracket (back off just a bit so not against Safety Nut)
- Align top of bracket with “H” mark on cabinet walls
- Mark both lower bracket holes only. Drill and install lower two screws only
Note: “Feet” on bottom of Whitehaven sinks will sit down in Support Bar channel.
- When sink is placed on Support Bars the sink should be above the top of the cabinet approximately 1/4”. The sink is then lowered in to position to be flush with the countertop plane. Once in the final position there will still be approximately 1-1/8” vertical travel should the sink ever need to be lowered for adjustment or removal.
